Gwen Stefani: Bel Air Mommy On-the-Go
Back in the States following a trip to Singapore, Gwen Stefani was spotted tending to her motherly duties while out in Bel Air on Monday (September 28).
Carrying baby Zuma in her arms while a nanny lugged around Kingston, the happy family made their way to a local deli for some grub before finding that the eatery was closed due to Yom Kippur.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, it was just recently revealed that Gwen’s London mansion block in Primrose Hill fell victim to burglars over the weekend.
According to reports, the front door of the multi-million dollar home was smashed open on Saturday night - with the thieves stealing jewelry from a flat that Gwen lets out to Dame Elizabeth Forgan

Burglars battered their way into Gwen Stefani’s London mansion block to steal jewellery.
The front door of the £4million house in Primrose Hill was smashed open on Saturday night while the singer was at a concert in Singapore.
The thieves broke into a flat that the star lets out to Dame Elizabeth Forgan, head of the Arts Council.
Out of town: Gwen Stefani was performing with her group No Doubt in Singapore when her London mansion was raided yesterday
However they were unable to break into the flat shared by Stefani, her husband Gavin Rossdale and their two children.
Police sources said the burglars were thwarted as it was a 'very secure venue'.
It is thought they made off with jewellery belonging to Dame Elizabeth who was also out at the time. The raid happened at around 11.30pm.
Neighbour Carolyn Sloan, 46, said: 'We heard a loud crashing sound but thought it was our sons and their friends in the basement.'
Despite the door being badly damaged, no one noticed for another 12 hours until a passer-by raised the alarm and flagged down a police car.
Damaged: Police stood guard outside the door to singer's Primrose Hill
property yesterday
Mrs Sloan added that they went outside to check on Saturday but could not see the damage because their porch light was broken.
She said: 'I can’t believe no one else noticed.'
Stefani, 39, was in Singapore playing with her group No Doubt at the F1 Rocks concert over the weekend, alongside bands including Beyoncé and Black Eyed Peas.
Quick repair: A workman puts a makeshift cover over the damaged door
Rossdale, 43, who fronts rock group Bush, and Stefani, live in the top floors of the house with their sons, Kingston, three, and Zuma, one. The rocker owns the freehold on the block.
Their neighbours include Jamie Oliver and his wife Jools and James Bond actor Daniel Craig.
Dame Elizabeth, 65, who was managing director of BBC Radio in the Nineties, said she was 'coping'.
She added she was speaking to her insurance company to assess the damage.

Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Lovers Fragrances Have a New Look for Cold Weather!

September 15, 2009 at 2:35PM by Heather Muir
Gwen Stefani is the queen of cool. In between showing her new LAMB collection at fashion week, Gwen sat down to chat with Seventeen about what's happening on the fragrance front. Rewind a year ago to the launch of her uber-successful Harajuku Lovers fragrances (five adorable, doll-bottled scents based on Gwen herself ("G") and her Harajuku posse, "Love," "Angel," "Music," and "Baby"). Each girl embodies her own, unique personality and style so you can choose your favorite or collect them all (How cute would they look on your dresser?!) and wear them according to your mood.
Just like you're getting ready to break out your cozy sweaters and scarves, the "Bunnies" are changing their attire and bundling up for winter, too. Starting Sept. 15th, the girls will be available as the limited edition "Snow Bunnies" with their same amazing scents in new digs for $30 each, at Sephora, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, and Macy's. See highlights from our interview with Gwen below, check out harajukulovers.com for more info, and then go blast "Hollaback Girl" and have a dance party!
17: We're sure you love them all, but which scent is your personal fave?
G: I wear "G" all the time because it's me! "Love" is my second favorite.
17: Do you have a special technique for applying your fragrance?
G: I spray it all over! When I'm on tour, I need a lot! Wear it however you want. If you want to put "Love" on your legs and "Baby" on your neck, do it! The perfume police won't arrest you!
17: What fragrance did you wear when you were 17?
G: My mom was strict and wouldn't let me wear perfume, but I always loved the smell of Johnson's Baby Lotion. It was my inspiration for Love. When I was older and became a makeup artist, I wore scents like Obsession and Eternity. They were huge!
17: Which scent does Gavin like best?
G: He likes them all, but definitely favors the less sweet ones. The same goes for the guys in my band (I make them test it-they need it!).
17: Can you give us a quick run-down of who each girl is?
G: "Love" is a traditional Japanese girl who's an amazing dancer. "Angel" is a 4th generation Japanese girl who's totally LA (think cheerleader!). "Music" is a tomboy who's obsessed with Janet Jackson. "Baby" loves her snacks and lives to flirt! "G" is me, so I don't have to tell you! :)

NO DOUBT FOR SINGAPORE
27th August 2009
No Doubt have just been announced as another top headliner for Friday night at F1 ROCKS™ Singapore with LG.
The California based band will be playing their first live show outside of the US in over seven years, when they join ZZ Top, Simple Minds and N*E*R*D on the second night of this Grand Prix endorsed series of concerts.
No Doubt are back on the road having reformed in 2008 following a four year break. This self-imposed hiatus saw frontwoman Gwen Stefani launch a hugely successful, Grammy Award winning solo career as well as finding time to give birth to two children.
Marking the band’s first outdoor show in Singapore ever, No Doubt seemingly can’t wait to return to the city state.
“Playing in South East Asia has always been a great experience for us,” said bassist Tony Kanal.
“So when the opportunity to be a part of the F1 ROCKS™ Singapore event came up, we knew it was time for us to return. This has already been an incredible year of touring for our band and we’re excited to keep it going by reconnecting with our amazing fans in Singapore.”
We have No Doubt that this will be one of the biggest and best concerts ever staged in Singapore. We hope to see you there.
Gwen Stefani: Fashion & Family
Gwen Stefani had a few of her biggest fans on hand to celebrate last night's launch of her new L.A.M.B. collection at New York Fashion Week: Her husband Gavin Rossdale and their entirely adorable boys Kingston, 3, and Zuma, 1.
Gwen's 80s-inspired collection is earning rave reviews so far:
"But oh what fun the clothes were – slinky overdyed jeans with slung down suspenders paired with a tough stretch biker blazer, coquettish blouses that casually fell off the shoulder," writes Newsday fashion blogger Anne Bratskeir, adding, "Definitely the way to channel your inner rock star. Speaking of which, when the smiley and svelte Stefani took her bow, well, natch, she fit right in with her models."

Baaa! 80s Reign at L.A.M.B., Rocker Gwen Stefani's Line

By Michael Miller
September 10, 2009
Gwen Stefani, 39, has kept busy in the last year. First, there was the birth of her second child, Zuma, followed by a huge tour with her recently reunited band, No Doubt. In between she managed to design the Spring ’10 collection for her clothing line, L.A.M.B., named after her first solo album, Love. Angel. Music. Baby.
The show started fifteen minutes late and everyone looked pretty stressed by the time they were let up to the 8th floor of Milk Studios. But Toto’s wonderfully cheesy 1982 hit “Africa” was there to greet them, and everything took a more lighthearted turn.
Models walked out onto pedestals in gloriously ‘80s street chic with off-the-shoulder shirts, lots of skin, and almost unbearably short dresses. Ms. Stefani appeared looking quite a bit like one of her models, wearing a short, blue jacket, puffy black pants with cargo pockets, and a pensive smile. That smile grew larger as everyone started to applaud and the photographers relentlessly snapped pictures. Afterwards, at least five enormous guys in black suits barricaded the photographers and reporters from catching a second glimpse of the singer-turned-fashion designer.
The clothes, however, were easily accessible.
“We love the whole idea of a presentation,” said Paul Wilmot, L.A.M.B.’s publicist. “The defining moment comes about four or five times. You can touch the clothes if you want.”
In keeping with the show's theme, many attendees were dressed in punk chic with lots of color, tight ripped pants, and low-cut, loose-fitting shirts. It was a big change from the largely disillusioned, hopeless look that pervaded runways and audiences alike last February.
“I’m looking to see more color,” said Zanna Rassi, senior fashion editor at Marie Claire, said. “That light at the end of the gloomy tunnel.”
The clothing line has matured since its chaotic, unorganized runway debut in 2005. It all felt like a reference to the designer's new role as a mother of two, and her ultimately fruitful struggle of losing the baby weight. But don’t tell her that.
“The only thing parenting has to do with my collection is that the babies aren’t in my stomach anymore,” Ms. Stefani said. She prefers to call L.A.M.B “the thing you’re looking for in your closet.”

Gwen Stefani rocks the '80s at NY Fashion Week
By SAMANTHA CRITCHELL (AP)
NEW YORK — Gwen Stefani is rocking the '80s well into 2010, presenting a LAMB collection on Thursday that included off-the-shoulder "Flashdance" tops and acid-wash jeans.
There was a punk vibe to some of the spring season outfits, including studded suspenders attached to the skinniest of skinny black jeans and racy lace tights worn only with a body suit.
However, an animal-print T-shirt dress and a plaid blanket top would be wearable for far more shoppers.
With her street cred as a bona fide rock star and a solid reputation in the fashion world, Stefani can pull off balloon shorts and a one-shoulder T-shirt in a way that many other designers can't. She also could probably wear the white, cowl neck jumpsuit with harem pants that was shown at the downtown MAC and Milk venue, but that outfit would land most people on a fashion "don't" list.
To take her bow, Stefani wore black cargo pants and an asymmetrical jacket. Her hair matched the models with a pouf right at the front.

Gwen Stefani showed her signature L.A.M.B. Spring Summer 2010 collection earlier today at the coolest new NY Fashion Week venue - the Milk Studios. The models staged in five groups graced the podiums in a presentation consisting mostly from young daring pieces, each embodies Gwen's own eclectic look - from the funky loose fitting cropped pants to asymmetric dresses, hand dyed printed details, suspenders, lace leggings and biker blazers to her signature hair style. Gwen herself mingled with the guests and came up on the podium for a round of applauds. The only other two people to steal the attention at the exclusive soiree were her adorable kids, each outfitted head to toe in their moms inspired outfits. Gwen Stefani keeps embracing the effortless cool urban look which translates so well in this line, adored by her fans.

Fug Girls: Without Her Lipstick, Gwen Stefani Is Just Another Gorgeous Woman

Several of the models at the L.A.M.B presentation this afternoon eschewed pants. But they could have been totally naked (or wearing barrels, or modeling gowns made from banana peels) for all that anyone paid any attention to them. Those poor hungry girls played distinctly second fiddle to what was happening in the audience.
We were minding our own business — having some champagne and checking out Gwen’s latest — when we looked over and spied a woman with a complicated platinum pompadour talking to Harper Bazaar’s Glenda Bailey. “Well,” we thought. “She has a lot of nerve. Showing up to a L.A.M.B show dressed like a Gwen Stefani clone. Creepy.”
Maybe not so creepy if, as in this case, you actually are Gwen Stefani. In our defense, Gwen skipped her trademark red lipstick today — how else are we supposed to recognize her? We eventually figured it out when the pale-lipped woman in question sidled up to Gavin Rossdale and patted him affectionately on the ass. If there are any rumors of trouble in paradise for those two, let us put them to rest now: They seem crazy about each other. There was actual canoodling going on. We didn’t even think that happened outside of books.
But Gavin had to share. As soon as people realized that Gwen was really watching her own show from the audience, girlfriend was swarmed. She was a good sport, happily posing for countless cell phone pictures and chatting up several show-goers, but she had to have been surprised by the reaction. After all, Fashion Week is all about appearing completely blasé in the face of both huge celebrity and total craziness. We once went to a show that closed with a lengthy interpretive dance, and no one but us even raised a brow. Surely Gwen didn’t expect this afternoon to turn into a better-dressed version of a backstage meet-and-greet, but at least no one asked her to indulge them with a chorus of “Hollaback Girl.” And the good news is, Gavin managed to entertain himself. The whole time his wife posed for pictures with fans, he took photos of her collection on his Blackberry. That’s love.

Gwen Stefani: L.A.M.B. Lady
Getting pumped for her new L.A.M.B. collection fashion show, Gwen Stefani was spotted arriving at Milk Studios in the Chelsea district of New York City today (September 10).
The “Hella Good” songstress looked fly as she hopped out of her chauffeured SUV, sporting a grey cardigan over a black top with black trousers and funky black heels.
And it sounds like Gwen is feeling extra confident about the clothes in her new collection. She told press, “I never thought it would turn out this good.”
However, designing a new line while touring with a newly-reunited No Doubt and taking care of her husband and two sons has taken its toll on Stefani. She admitted, “I don’t get any sleep.”

Gwen Stefani: Ending Breastfeeding Felt Like Total Rejection

Gwen Stefani reveals her revampled L.A.M.B. fashion line to New York's Fashion elite today. Before showing off the line, Gwen Stefani gave USA Today a glimpse at the line and it's inspiration -- her changing body following her pregnancie with sons Kingston, 3, and Zuma, 1.
It's been a year of changes for this working mom -- with the adjustment to two children, going back on the road with No Doubt, and adjusting to the changing fashion market. The biggest adjustment -- Zuma's decision to stop breastfeeding this summer.
“I didn’t want him to (quit), it felt like a total rejection,” she says. “It was really hormonal and trying to stop in the middle of the tour was insane. It was like ‘oh my god, I’m free,’ but also sad because before you have to be together. When they can have a bottle then it’s like alright ‘you give him the bottle, I can go off with Kingston.’ It cuts the cord.”

Dear Gwen Stefani, I Love You.
September 10, 2009 by Aly Walansky
And here’s why.
Today’s L.A.M.B. presentation at New York Fashion Week was exactly what I expect from Gwen – she’s somehow all the things I try to embody – girly, quirky, edgy – all at once, and each and every one of her designs manages to reflect this all at once.

She’s just plain fun, and with designs that not done as well would have just looked like 80s’reverb, her slinky dyed jeans are retro-fab while still being ultra-modern. I loved the biker looks, the casual one-shoulder flirty tops, the drapy vests and – especially – the daring and yet darling lacy tights.
She’s gutsy and yet adorable. She’s exactly what I want to be…except could any of us ever do it as well?

Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B. channels your inner rock star

Credit is due to Gwen Stefani, one of the few celebrity designers whose fashion imprimatur --simultaneously quirky, tough, girly -- is all over her collection. Of course, it didn’t hurt that models who marched out from backstage in groups of eight and stood on white boxes all wore the famous Stefani upswept hairdo.
But oh what fun the clothes were – slinky overdyed jeans with slung down suspenders paired with a tough stretch biker blazer, coquettish blouses that casually fell off the shoulder – one a cocoon-sleeved, black oversized job was swell with drapey cargos in sand-washed silk. A belly-baring cable knit vest topped a purple bra and slouchy boyfriend jeans, while super cute dresses came in many variations from micro mini, (these sometimes worn with lacy tights), to ladylike knee lengths. And then here were the famously gutsy shoes – sky-high variations on the gladiator completing every look. Definitely the way to channel your inner rock star. Speaking of which, when the smiley and svelte Stefani took her bow, well, natch, she fit right in with her models.

Stefani's L.A.M.B. line comes out like a lion after 'rebirth'

By Andrea Mandell, USA TODAY
NEW YORK — Twenty-four hours before the launch of her revamped L.A.M.B. fashion line, Gwen Stefani, 39, surveys two long racks bearing the fruits of her summer's efforts.
"I never thought it would turn out this good," she says, smiling as she traces the lines of an intricately tailored white jacket and opens it to reveal tie-dye silk lining.
The lead singer of the recently reunited No Doubt reveals the self-described "rebirth" of her L.A.M.B. line today after working in recent months alongside new partner Manhattan International Trade Inc. Most items will range from $48 to $345, and the line mixes draped separates, sturdy jackets, skinny jeans and leopard accents in neutral colors with pops of electric purple, red and yellow.
The line is a departure for Stefani, who wanted to inject more style and serious craftsmanship into L.A.M.B collections. "I'm really spoiled," says the red-carpet maven, who is often photographed running errands with her children in sky-high stilettos and her signature bright-red lips. Now, "these jeans are as good as anything I have," she says, showing off a pair of dark-wash tie-dye skinny jeans on her slender frame.
Pregnancy, or the absence of it, is the hidden theme in Stefani's fashion rebirth. Sons Kingston, 3, and Zuma, 1, put Stefani on a yo-yo of weight gain and loss, and until recently, her closet was jammed with maternity clothes. (Her current super-trim figure is "no miracle," she says, noting it took eight months to lose the weight after Zuma's birth.)
When Stefani launched L.A.M.B seven years ago, she envisioned staying home and planning a family. Today, she's still going 100 mph with husband Gavin Rossdale and sons cheering her on.
"I don't get any sleep," she admits.
Multiplatinum solo albums, a reunion tour and a hot new line aside, Stefani's priorities are her children. She carries flip-flops in her purse for a quick stiletto change so she can manage carrying 25-pound Kingston. And time goes all too fast with baby Zuma, who quit breast-feeding this summer.
"I didn't want him to (quit), it felt like a total rejection," she says. "It was really hormonal, and trying to stop in the middle of the tour was insane."
With her three guys attending the L.A.M.B. show Thursday (if naptime permits), her next task is writing for the upcoming No Doubt album. Then, there's her 40th birthday on Oct. 3. "I want a really big cake!"

Stefani strikes again

The only words to describe Gwen Stefani, 24 hours before the launch of her Spring 2010 L.A.M.B.line in New York City: rock steady.
The label, essentially started as Gwen’s couture backup plan, is ready for its new collection to go off with a bang. “[Seven years ago] I was trying to be smart and think ahead of my life because I knew I wasn’t always going to be able to do music at this level, and I know I have to do something creative,” Gwen said on Wednesday afternoon in a studio in NYC's Fashion District. “I never thought it would turn out this good,” she says, smiling as she traces the lines of an intricately tailored white jacket, and opens it to reveal tie-dyed silk lining.
Her influences span costume shops in London and L.A., and the street style of Japan. “Why are you so pulled to Japan?” a reporter dared query. “Have you been there?” Gwen asked back. “If you went you’d be like 'Oh, ok, I get it.' It’s so amazing and they take fashion really seriously.” So seriously that Gwen shops at a web-based Japanese mall that she won’t identify by name. Her young boys are following suit. “Poor Zuma, 1, he gets a lot of hand-me-downs,” says Gwen. “Kingston, 3, has the incredible wardrobe. He has all these Japanese clothes I buy him that only look better the more you wash them."

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale: Standard Grill Sweeties
Making their way to the Big Apple ahead of the New York Fashion Week festivities, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale were spotted out for a romantic dinner date on Tuesday night (September 8).
The No Doubt singer and her rocker hubby smiled as they strolled arm-in-arm into the popular NYC eatery, The Standard Grill.
In related news, it was just announced that Rossdale will be testing the waters of primetime television with a guest appearance on CBS’ “Criminal Minds”.
Reportedly playing a Goth rock star who becomes a suspect in a murder case, the date of airing has not yet been released - though it is known that it will be sometime in November
